SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title transfers upon full payment.
Risk of loss passes to you when you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the products. If you arrange your own carrier not offered by us, risk passes when we hand over the products to that carrier. This section does not limit your statutory remedies for delayed or non-conforming delivery.
SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA CONSUMERS)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your distance purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at info@effektgruppen.se with your order details before the period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Unless we state otherwise, you bear the direct cost of return shipping.
We will refund all payments received (including the least expensive standard shipping, if charged) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods; sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; or digital content delivered other than on a tangible medium after you have expressly consented to delivery and acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal.
