Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods (holidays, new launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.


Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

We offer standard and express shipping options via PostNord, DHL, or similar carriers.

Shipping calculated after order 250:- This option is available only for B2B invoice customers.
The appropriate shipping cost will be added to the invoice.
Please select this option for heavy goods or large international shipments.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries within the EU. International shipping rates and times vary depending on destination.

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • Description of the issue

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter.
